We will not tolerate posts or personal messages that contain irrelevant content, multiple threads on one topic by any one user, content that maybe considered detrimental to Deepnet Technologies, posts written all in CAPITALS ( Shouting), slang or the use of hard-to-understand characters, posts placed in an inappropriate forum, insults, personal attacks, advertising, spamming, trolling, linking to adult or illegal content ,or linking to content that promotes illegal activity, for example; racism and/or drugs.
As a forum member, you agree that you will not knowingly post content or links to content that violates the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party and that you will remove the same should you discover that you have violated this provision. Likewise, you may not post content or links to content that is/could be considered libellous or defamatory.
As a forum member, you agree not to use this forum to post any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually orientation, or violates any laws.
Forum members are responsible for the content they post and/or link to.
We welcome posts that include content such as; bug reports, suggestions, constructive criticism, general discussion about DE the product and complimentary posts.

Please advise if the reported problem is solved or a work around is available. This helps other users benefit from this in the future, and also can help save time.

The language used on this forum is English (UK English, so colour does have a ‘u’ in it). Please be aware that DE is a global product and we have many forum members from many countries, and English is not always their first language. We demand tolerance when replying to a post that may not be in the best written English and we will not tolerate impatient responses. Please also be aware that a word or phrase can mean different things in different countries. That combined with the 'non emotional' nature of Internet communication can mean that fellow postees intentions can occasionally be misunderstood.
Forum members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators" or "moles". By "back seat moderators" we mean if you notice any posts that you believe contravene any of the forum rules, then please let a member of the support team know by emailing support@deepnetexplorer.com and not post your observation in any of the forums. By "moles" we mean we will not tolerate any user who sets out to waste the support teams time and/or try to discredit the product itself and/or the company; Deepnet Technologies.
We understand that whilst discussing DE, there will be times where competitors will be mentioned, however we will not tolerate blatant advertising of a competitor and/or their product, nor will we tolerate blatant advertising in general.

We reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way including deleting, moving or locking threads without notice.
We reserve the right to remove threads regarding bugs and feature requests once the bug has been fixed or the feature has been implemented in a new version of Deepnet Explorer.
